Position	Music Ministry
Roles and Requirements	Keyboardists – Chord placement, keeping time, dynamics, playing styles, pedal control. Drummers – Keeping time, playing styles, dynamics. Bassists – Chord placement, keeping time, dynamics, playing styles. Acoustic Guitarists – Chord placement, keeping time, dynamics, playing styles. Electric Guitarists – Chord placement, keeping time, dynamics, playing styles. Vocalists - Pitching, dynamics, keeping time, harmonising.
Criteria	No prior band experience needed. Able to play worship songs adequately and proficiently with a band for contemporary church services and events. Must pass audition and progress to understudy period (between 2-6 months, depending on one’s ability) of playing with assigned upperstudy and band. A willing and joyful heart to serve.
Commitment	About once in 3 weeks

Position	Technical Crew – Sound Team
Description of duties	Do you have a creative bent to help musicians realize their artistic intent and connect with the congregation? Or a sensitive, well-trained ear? Or enjoy messing around with electronics? If your answer is yes to ANY of the above, then the P&P Sound team may just be the area of ministry for you. Join us as we seek to bring God’s people into a deeper encounter with Him! Our Team operates a set of simple set ups to enable the different ministries to proclaim His praises and share His words with us.
Criteria	No prior experience needed as training will be provided. A willing and open heart to serve.

Position	Technical Crew – Lights Team
Description of duties	Set up and operate lights for Worship Services. Create a space where we can all move safely. Use moving lights as a way of worship unto our Lord and to bring His people into a deeper encounter with Him.
Criteria	No prior experience needed as training will be provided. Able to follow step-by-step instructions. A willing and open heart to serve.

Position	Technical Crew – Video Creative Team
Description of duties	We use a mixture of cameras, lighting, and angles to help usher the online congregation into an engaging and meaningful worship experience online. This is an exciting time to join the video creatives team as we seek to improve our online video content and delivery. There are different pathways to progress as a volunteer, from the operation of the different cameras and from camera operations to video directing.
Criteria	No prior experience needed as training will be provided. A willing and dedicated heart to serve.

Position	Technical Crew – Projection Team
Description of duties	The projectionist/clicker supports congregational worship in a service by managing the real-time multimedia content on the screen. These include the song lyrics, announcements, sermon slides and any audio-video content that may be required. A touch of clicking, a pinch of staying alert, a dash of taking things in stride and a lot of slide prepping – the team member learns to use the ProPresenter software and the preparation that goes on behind the scene.
Criteria	No prior experience is needed as training will be provided. An eye for details. Be alert, steady and most importantly, have a willing and dedicated heart to serve.

Position	Technical Crew – Stage Team
Description of duties	We help to ensure the smooth running of on-site services by coordinating between front of house personnel (Pastors, Service Leaders, Band) and the backstage Production team – making sure the right people are in the right place onstage, at the right time. Just take the first step to sign up, and we will walk with you as we serve God together.
Criteria	No prior experience needed as training will be provided. No technical skills required. An eye for details. Like to engage with people. Logical and organized. A willing and dedicated heart to serve.
Commitment	Available on Saturdays and/or Sundays About twice a month

Position	Online Engagement Team - Livestream Team
Description of duties	Overall Description The livestream operator/coordinator/director works with the Technical Director and the rest of the team to bring the Worship Service online. Triggers animations to help online viewers follow the service. Monitors the video and audio to ensure that they are transmitted to Wesley's online channels with high fidelity. Pre-service To setup livestream hardware equipment and software settings; assists the video team to set up their equipment. To receive briefing from Service Manager on service order, key moments and any changes. Tech-run: to ensure that the livestream is receiving proper video and audio from the other teams and run the test livestream, giving feedback where necessary. During Service To work closely with the Technical Director to follow the service and trigger the appropriate Service Segment animations. To monitor stream quality and troubleshoot where needed. To properly start and end stream. Post-service To keep and perform housekeeping for livestream hardware/software; assists others to pack-up. To attend debrief and give/receive feedback on the day’s service.
Criteria	No experience needed. Training will be provided. Enjoy engaging with people. A willing and dedicated heart to serve.
Commitment	Able to commit about once in 2-3 weeks on Sundays

Description of duties	Plan and develop video projects for production, involving creative concepts and storyboards.
Criteria	No prior experience needed as training will be provided. Team player with a creative bent. A willing and dedicated heart to learn and serve.

Position	Online Engagement Team - Livestream Chat Moderator/Host
Description of duties	Engage with our online congregants by cultivating a meaningful online presence, build rapport and develop authentic relationships in a shared space.
Criteria	No prior experience needed as training will be provided. Team player with a creative bent. A willing and dedicated heart to learn and serve.
Commitment	Able to commit about once in 2-3 weeks on Sundays

Position	Hospitality Team
Description of duties	We are the “frontline” at our onsite Services, ready to greet anyone with a warm welcome that reflects the love of Christ. We assist worshippers in a hospitable manner as they enter the Church. The Hospitality Team is committed to dynamically greet, reach out and receive guests of Wesley, including pre-believers joining us for the first time!
Criteria	No prior experience needed as training will be provided. A friendly and hospitable disposition. A willing and dedicated heart to serve.
Commitment	Available every alternate Sunday (depending on the team)
